Based on the EGMS on April 11 2023, it was decided unanimously to approve Mrs. Elly Sopenono as President Commissioner of the Company starting from the closing of the meeting until the closing of the Meeting which will be held in June 2023.
Thus, the following is the new composition of commissioners:
